Analyze

A first meeting with you allows us to define your needs, your expectations and the desired profile. Our experience and our knowledge of the market allow you to better understand the challenges of the mission and to anticipate certain difficulties. From the outset, we clarify with you your need to search for profiles abroad or only in Canada in order to better direct our searches.

Search for candidates

We seek quality, we collect a maximum of applications likely to meet your criteria. To do this, we rely on our international CV database, which we update daily, and we publish the offer on our website, on the most relevant search platforms to find the right candidate. We also call on our entire network to mobilize passive job seekers and identify the interesting profiles available. In the case of talent searches abroad and especially in Africa for companies that offer sponsorship, we call on our strategic partners in several African countries such as Cameroon, Ghana, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Nigeria and Kenya.

Talent Hunt

We then proceed to a meticulous selection of interesting profiles, with verification of information and checking of references. The objective is to bring out the best profiles in order to present you with the most interesting for the position.

GY Solution Interview

The interview between our headhunters and the candidate is done by video conference, in order to make a complete review of the candidate’s professional experience and skills. Our experts ask pre-selection questions to confirm elements such as the level of French and English, as well as the software mastered. In the case of SAP profiles, our experts can even do a first technical interview to determine the candidate’s level of seniority.

GY Solutions, always tries to present with this report a short video where the candidate presents himself for 1 or 2 minutes in order to approach him more to our client.

Presentation of candidates

We present a summary report on our exchanges and our interviews with the candidate presented. This report includes a summary of the technical and behavioral skills, an overview of the training, professional experience as well as the strengths and areas of expertise of the candidate. There is also a summary of the language level, salary expectations and working conditions desired by the candidate.

Interview

We take care of coordinating your meeting with the candidates selected by you. This meeting can be done face-to-face or by video conference according to your choice. We can assist you in your meetings if you wish or leave you in total autonomy.

Job offer

Once a candidate is selected by you, we support you in the negotiation by providing all the necessary advice and in announcing the good news to the candidate.

Post-employement Support

To complete our mission and ensure its success, we remain in close contact with the candidate and the client even after hiring. We carry out periodic follow-ups with the candidate until their total integration into the company in order to ensure the good continuity of your mutual collaboration.
