Recruitment by Advertisements

Depending on the needs related to the position we carry out five types of search to select candidates:

Recruitment by direct approach

After having analyzed and defined the IT market, supply chain and the target functions, we continually approach passive candidates who have an interesting profile, then we carry out a telephone interview of about thirty minutes: this then allows us to detect motivations for change and skills in relation to the position.
